Buy MinuteTaker Pro for your organization
Businesses and schools that use Apple Business or Apple School Manager can buy MinuteTaker Pro for their team and assign it with their device management service. Team members don’t need to buy anything in the app.
Buy licenses
- Sign in to Apple Business or Apple School Manager with an account whose role can get licenses for apps and books.
- Choose Apps & Services > Apps and Books > App Store, then search for MinuteTaker.
- Choose PRO Annual or PRO Monthly.
- Select the organizational unit, enter the number of licenses, then select Buy.
- Assign the licenses in your device management service.
For team members
After a license is assigned, open MinuteTaker. Pro features are available without buying anything. If Pro isn’t available, open Settings > About MinuteTaker PRO and tap Restore Purchases.
Change or cancel
You can add licenses, move unassigned licenses to another organizational unit, reduce unassigned licenses, or cancel the subscription in Apple Business or Apple School Manager under Apps and Books > Library. After cancellation, MinuteTaker Pro remains available until the end of the current billing period.
