Action Items

Action Items are the heart of your meeting minutes. Every decision, every statement or recommendation is described as a short and concise point. This keeps your notes  short and precise.

Just the essentials

An action item contains information about:
  • Title/Keyword
  • Text
  • Owner
  • Due Date
  • Tag(s)
  • Status (open, done, or overdue)


You can insert new action items after a selected item. New items will also take over the indentation level of a previous item.

Use an external keyboard to insert items via shortcuts even faster. ⌨️
