Creation limits do not restrict access to existing documents
Basic users can open and read documents containing more meeting minutes, action items, or attachments than the Basic plan allows them to create. This includes complex documents shared by Pro users. Adding new content remains subject to the Basic creation limits.
The action item limit applies only when Basic users add action items manually. Action items generated from a transcript or carried over to a follow up meeting remain available, even when they exceed that limit.
