Add notes, photos, and attachments

Add detailed notes and supporting files directly to an action item.

Add or format notes

1. Tap an action item to open it.
2. Tap the text area below the title and details, then type or paste your notes.
3. Select text and use the system formatting controls to change its emphasis or color. MinuteTaker saves your changes automatically.

Add an attachment

1. Tap the paperclip button in the action item editor.
2. Tap Add attachment or the plus button.
3. Choose Choose file, Choose photos, or Camera, then select or capture the content.

Tap an attachment to preview it. Touch and hold it to rename it. To remove attachments, tap Select, choose them, then tap the trash button.

Limit without MinuteTaker Pro: You can add one attachment to each action item. MinuteTaker Pro removes this limit.

With MinuteTaker Pro, open a supported image or PDF and use the preview’s Markup tools to edit it. On iPad, you can draw and write with Apple Pencil.
