Customize PDF exports
Change the layout and content of the PDF generated for a meeting.
- In the meeting list, tap the ellipsis button beside the meeting, then tap Export.
- On the Export screen, tap Change Page Setup.
- Choose the paper size, orientation, and language. You can also add a company logo and adjust the table, images, appendix, or footer.
- Tap Done. MinuteTaker regenerates the preview.
- Tap Share when the PDF is ready.
Language: This setting changes generated labels, the table header, and the page footer. It does not translate your meeting content.
Under Images, turn off Embed Images to share attached images as separate files instead of placing them in the PDF.
Changes made from the Export screen apply only to that meeting. To set the starting page setup for future meetings in the current document, tap the document title, then Page Setup.

Adjust the logo size
- Open Page Setup, then Logo.
- Tap Edit… and choose an image from Photos or Files.
- Move the slider to adjust the logo's printed width between 50% and 150% of its original size, limited to the full paper width. If even 50% exceeds the paper width, the slider has no adjustable range.
- Choose left, center, or right alignment. The preview shows the logo on the selected paper format with the document's margins.
Changing the width preserves the image's proportions and resolution. Use a high-resolution source image for a sharp PDF logo; you do not need to resize the image file to make the logo smaller.
The selected size is saved with the document template and retained when its settings are copied or reused. Existing logos keep their previous printed size until you move the slider. The slider snaps to 100% to restore the original printed size when the original width fits on the paper. On iOS 26 and later, a marker also identifies this position. Replacing the image resets the size to 100% of the new image.
